There may be various reason as to why you would want / need to delete your FOVI account.
- Your email has changed
- You are no longer using KOLEDA products
- Your account was not set up properly
Deleting the account will delete all of the information form our server related to your account.
To delete your account follow these steps:
Note: deleting the accounts will also delete all the associated accounts that joined your home
- Open FOVI app
- Enter the FOVI app settings
- Click on Legal
- Press "Delete Account"
Your account has now been deleted.
