If you have changed Wifi providers or moved house, you may be wondering how to set up your KOLEDA devices with the FOVI app?
The best way to ensure a solid connection and smooth service is to set up your devices with the new Wifi again. We advise deleting all your rooms before starting the process.
To delete your rooms - in-app head to the room in question > room settings > Edit Room > Remove
Once this is done, head into the FOVI app > Menu > Wifi Settings & enter your new WiFi SSID & Password. At this point please ensure you are connecting to a 2.4Ghz Network as smart home devices operate on this bandwidth. Now that you have a new WiFi network registered in the app you can set up your KOLEDA devices.
