Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the delivery, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund. If the goods are not faulty, you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage incurred when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This returns policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty, then we will assume the costs of returning the goods. In the case that you do not want a product that are in good working order (i.e. due to a mistake in ordering, product turns out not to be suitable for purpose intended) all such goods returned should be in saleable condition.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs and duties with regard to the items that you wish to return. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If you are returning SOLUS+ heaters, please make sure there are no loose items that may scratch the surface of the glass in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
